Hello, hello, so we’re making some changes to Love & Literature, but nothing major. At least not for you. We’ve decided to switch newsletter platforms which means a bunch of behind-the-scenes tech stuff on our end.
We’re doing this right away, so tomorrow’s story will be delivered from our new platform.
What do these changes mean for you?
Love and Literature will now be a members-only platform. We previously kept all of our posts public, but that’s changing. If you haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access our content. Since you’re already subscribed, this won’t affect you.
The only way this does impact you is if you want to read our content outside of your inbox. If that’s the case, you’ll need to key in your name and email and you will receive a login link that gives you full access to all the content on our website. This won’t cost you anything.
Why are we doing this?
CRY is all about community and Love & Literature is growing into one of our most valuable communities. We want to make sure we’re giving the proper value to the content we’re publishing and that means prioritizing those who take the extra step of signing up to this community.
Full transparency: it also gives us better leverage when finding sponsors. We’ve already secured one major sponsor and another partner (which we will be announcing shortly) and both are excited about the community we’re creating. By attracting more sponsors, we can keep our content free for subscribers like you. That’s our goal.
With that said, we hope you enjoy tomorrow’s story. It’s a doozy LOL. Fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly, so check your inbox same time every Sunday.
